Meeting Minutes December 3, 2012
Present: Joe Chizek, Lizz Skocny, Idan Kauer, Lori Swiercinsky, Max Wickstrum, Brian Angevine and Deb Tabor

Bills and Minutes: Lizz made motion and Idan 2nd. Approved 3-0
Water Report: Water leak at Holmberg's and old Dowling resident were repaired. Max asked council if the city was interested in purchasing cold mix from the county next year. Discussion held. Idan moved to purchase a truck & pup (approx. 25 ton) of cold mix, Joe 2nd , approved 3-0. Council instructed Max to speak to Ron Swanson about fallen tree. Walt Cardi trimmed trees on the east side of the Harris property.
Hall Cleaning: Lori reported she checked the hall after the Brook Melton's wedding reception. Hall was in good shape and deposit was returned. After West and Tabor cleaned it was checked again. Reports of good comments on how clean the hall is.
City Web Site: Lori reported to council that she has been working on the web site and that Brian Angevine is also working on this...they will combined there designs.
Master Planning Committee: Lori told the council on the upcoming meeting on January 8, 2013 at the Belleville City Office.
Community Hall Floor: Deb informed the council there were 2 spots on the floor that the council need to check.
Walking: Idan asked for Joan Baxa if it was ok for the exercise ladies to use the community hall for walking. After discussion, Idan moved, Lizz 2nd, approved 3-0.
